Help with TS version 4.0

Hello Folks:

I have just transfered TS 4.0 onto my new computer, however, it won't
recognize the Omega Security Block, and keeps telling me " OMEGA
APPLICATION......Security block is missing. Please install security block
and try again" The block is connected to LPT1. Do I have to go through some
additional procedure to install it? If so can someone sexplain please.
Anyone in the UK provide support for TS incidentally?
