Hello Thomas,
I've been on the Olist for 3-4 years--not a vet but not a newbie. I've
come to view these occasional outbursts to resemble the nature films
you see on Discovery channel. You know, where the entire band of
baboons are peacefully eating termites or pickiing lice out of each
others hair and all of a sudden two individuals errupt into a
screaming, clawing clash. The others look up, continuing to chew and
pick, make sure they are not in harm's way, and continue eating while
the two tear each other's fur out. After 30 seconds they part and all
goes back to tranquilty.
Moral: watch it, be entertained and informed, don't get any one ya.
