Personally, I enjoy the EMini ES over the NQ because, first - it's seems
more forgiving. It provides some more accurate use of predetermined
support/resistance levels and pivot points. Second, almost all of our
clients trade one or the other; the ones that have proved consistent and
profitable all trade the ES. I have found many newbies or ES scalpers that
seek more action when volatility is low in the S&P, all eventually move to
or back to trading the ES. Third, personally it seems it produces less
anxiety. Having traded the NQ myself as a former CTA, I had much better
success using fewer indicators and longer time frames (15 min, 30 minute
charts)on the ES as opposed to risking far more per trade to get the same
return results as the ES.

other to trade more regularly . If this is you I would like to know why and
