Quote.com : Cant log onto today !!! AAARGH

Help, 

I try to log on to quote.com via DL today and I get "cant find user account:
etc", but I am very sure that my account is active and paid up.

Questions
1) Is there any posting on quote.com that warns users that logon server or
other servers is down  ?
2) Are there others who cant logon today or is it just me ?

I have been lock out for 24 hours.Any news advice welcome
