Can't seem to import tick data into 2000i

I created an ascii file of tick data using TickData's TickWrite program.
Below is a sample

20001201 083016 1328.80
20001201 083016 1328.50

20001201 083111 1328.50

When I try to create any kind of tick chart from this file (which only
contains 1 day of data) by importing the data in the "Create Chart Window"
popup, only a small fraction of the data for that day actually gets loaded.
I've tried creating both tick bars and 1 and 5 min bars, but nothing seems
to work. What am I doing wrong?
