Globalserver critical error

Hi folks,


(I use TS2K SP5 on NT4 SP6)
 Just one day after having upgraded my datafeed server to QuoteSpeed
V3.03.10 FeedServer version 3304,

I have the following problem:
I cannot open properly my Globalserver. Either Online or Offline, it loads
symbol list and I suddenly get the message:
"A critical error occured in GlobalServer shutting down"

my computer hanged up twice while I was trying to select another symbol in a
chart, then I was forced to kill TradeStation and Globalserver processes
with the NT4 task manager.

What can I do?

Is there any kind of log file which would give us any clue?
