QRY: Access & GlobalServer & DBC DataManager & LocalNetwork

I would modify my previous question:

    is it possible to connect the OR Global Server and DBC Data Manager
through
    the local network.

I've tryed the Traders-Soft TS-Net utility, but without success :(
