Miner's STORSI ELA ?

Does anyone have the ELA code or the formula for the STORSI used by Robert
Miner in his Dynamic Trader software?

If so would you please post it here.

I have made a Stochastic RSI based on the work in Tushar Chande's original
book but it does not seem to be the same indicator as Miner uses ( no matter
how I change the parameters in the formula).
