This book was endorsed by someone else on this list several months ago and I
recently read it. Anyone who has ever had difficulty staying with their
technical trading rules or their backtested entry/exit signals will find
this book useful. It deals with the psychological and emotional aspects of
self-discipline and consistency in trading. Mark Douglas, the author,
treats perceptions of risk and beliefs about winning and losing at trading
in an organized, thoughtful way. Even though all traders think about these
matters to some degree, this book helps to increase your self-awareness and
objectivity. I have no connection with the author or publisher.
