Hi Lee:

I don't recall what was said in Roberts note,but I believe you are
correct when you relay that the 'Edit Daylight Savings' is refering to
'EXCHANGE time zone'.-at least in TS 4.

It is also my belief that one may edit correctly how the 'Charting'
responds to time,by clicking on 'Tools',then 'Options',and finally
'RealTime' in TradeStation 4,and then modifying how many Hours your
location is different from the 'DataFeed' location.
For instance,if one were located in Chi,and BMI data source were located
in NY,one would enter '-1' in the offset from datafeed time,to reflect
that Chi (CT)is one hour behind NY (ET).
