The only text capturing program I've found so far is Kleptomania $29.95
It has a full featured 21 day trial.
It is a useful screen capture program that captures text, which can then be
pasted into word or excel etc.

Because you can only capture what is visible on the screen each time,
setting and using the hot keys is a handy feature.
