There are at least two other occupational hazzards caused by sitting at a
poorly adjusted monitor height and keyboard/mouse level for many years(20).
One is neck vertebrae erosion such that it pinches the nerves that connect
to the bicep or other arm muscles. That results in loss of signal to the
muscle and eventual strength loss. The other is mouse shoulder, akin to
mouse elbow. It really does pay in the long run to get that monitor
adjusted to a healthy position for your neck.
