Are Prophet and Dial Data the same?

Their IP addresses are close and they both respond to tdc.com.

My EOD data from Prophet has become so error ridden it's nearly
useless.  I'd go back to Dial Data but don't want to pay more
for the same numbers.

Can any of you suggest a source of moderately clean EOD data
that will work with the downloader of either TS4 or TS2K?
