Re: slow BMI - ok DBC, you win; I give up

Steve,

I've used both. While I have the greatest respect for the work that DB and
Ron Dawes have done for Dynastore for Quote.com, I have no respect for
Quote.com at all.

If you can tolerate the odd downtime from Quote.com, its a most cost
effective solution. But if you just want to show up every morning for work
and have your feed working with no gaps in data, perhaps looking elsewhere
is more important than cost.

I propose a third option - let Dynastore know that you are one of many
potential customers for a TS4/Dynastore/**eSignal** combination. I think
there must be an ample market of potential users out there. I know of a
number personally; I suspect there are hundreds that might prefer to leave
what works alone (TS4) if there was another choice of feed.

PS: eSignal has publicly stated that they will support trade volume for the
emini contracts.

PSPS: Here's my eSignal driven Global Server log with nary a connection
break. Its one of the reasons I like them.
