Although it doesn't keep a log of connect and disconnect periods, it does
let you know where the problem is coming from. In my case it looks a four
sources, my computer, my ISP, the internet as a whole and the Server (your
data provider or whatever else). It then makes a diagnosis and offers
solutions as to what the problem is. It is from Lucent Technologies and is
free for one computer.
