In TS2K they Exist in:
C:\Program Files\Omega Research\MyWork
Unless you saved your Workspaces in a custom
Sub-Directory like I have done:
C:\Program Files\Omega Research\MyWork\AlansWorkspaces
Individual Workspace files such as "Night Session.orw"
can also be copied/backed-up one by one.
C:\Program Files\Omega Research\MyWork also contains
any custom indicators,systems paintBars etc.. you have
created.
