I know where you are getting to and the answer is
that UMDS M3 DDE link is a basic quote broadcast
type tool, thus no "live" table sending.

If you are interested in the API, you can wait for
the release of the Visual Basic portion and see
if that can do what you want.

I did made a DDE link app for v2 and made that
available for free ... many people are using it.

Since I no longer have the code/program with me,
and the sp comstock feed does not work well with v2
anyway, you may want to check with the other UMDS
users to see if anyone created a M3 DDE link
to excel already.
