Direct Data Access from Global Server

I would like to access data directly from the global server in Easylanguage

without having to have that data stream open in a chart. Does someone know
 of a DLL for that? Something where I might enter a symbol, a date/time and
 a
 compression factor, etc and get the open, high, low, close, etc?
