Normally, yes. There is a 'check' item for each custom toolbar too.
When problems start, the toolbar disappears, and so does the entry -
there is nothing to check. :-) There is nothing different in the
registry entries - they are still there, with the same information -
the visible toolbar just goes away.
It is worst with a new custom toolbar. Less of a problem are
'standard' toolbars that have been customized, but they can misbehave
too. If you leave the 'standard' ones completely alone, they seem to
be stable.
General rule: the less you do, the more stable TS2k will be.
