98 FAT32 files on NT system, help needed.

 i have an NT machine and an old  98 FAT32 portable drive with some 
 data files that i would like to transfer to that NT machine as a 
 second drive ( not on same network )
since NT does not recognize FAT32... is there 
 a way it could be done, some utility perhaps that would 
 allow this NT machine to see this second FAT32 drive?
in other words is it possible to have a second drive on NT 
system that would be a FAT32 drive?
