A DLL is unloaded when the analysis study
calling it is deleted from the list of active 
analysis studies.

That happen either when it is removed from 
the list or when its status is set to off.

Therefore, you can unload and reload a DLL
by flipping the status of its calling study
to OFF, then ON.

DLLs are not reloaded on every bar.
