I would like to find a way to send an alert(either a sound, or via page, or
even a telephone ring) when my computer, or even a program locks up, or
when the computer shuts off due to a power failure. This morning, just
before the market began trading, my TS4 locked up, and I didn't realize it
had happened until I awoke two hours later. There must be some kind of
monitoring software that would at least handle the lockup's that
occasionally visit us. I was just reading a message(on another forum) from
someone who has monitoring software that pages him when his internet
connection is broken; so there must be a class of software around that does
general type monitoring.
If anyone knows about this please let me know.
