This has happened to me several times. After I restart the computer and
open globalserver it appears to run continuously without ever opening
completely. What I have found is that if you leave it long enough it will
eventually open. Do this: Click on the icon to open globalserver, leave the
computer alone, then check back in about an hour. Should be open by then.
