Hello List,
I purchased PS2000i Platinum and paid for it in full.
I wanted to use it with a BMI feed. We all know that
the ProSuite rent-a-server wont work with this feed
using a normal computer ie: a p400 with 256mb ram and
win2000pro OS. The only people I have heard of using
the BMI/PS combo are running NT4.0,dual processors,
SCSI drives and no other application while running
DogSuite2000i. Their fore Omega did not deliver a
usable product based on the advertised minimum system
requirements.
This is totally unacceptable corporate behavior. Now
they say we will get no more updates to 2000i. They
want us to subscribe to TS.com with no futures data
and pay them $99.00 forever!!!.And worse yet they are
going to increment your fee$ upward a$ future$ data
becomes available at BS.com.
I suggest Bill Cruze go Fork himself. I will NEVER
trust an other omega product.
I am looking for Respectable Lawyers (a misnomer)and
others users who are willing to join in a class action
suite against BS Technologies for the return of $$
paid for BS 2000i. They have really pissed us off and
we will sue if only to make BC's life a little more
hell-like ;-).
Seriously folks lets not allow them to get away with
this strong arm BS. I would have been happy to pay
what I did for PS if it worked but it does not.
Class action in order?? Comments??
