The Boston server farm was the first upgraded to the IP feed and has been 
fairly accurate for the issues that I follow and much faster than the old 
satellite feed.  However, it --as well as the other farms-- occasionally 
switch back & forth between the IP and the much slower SAT feed when some 
anomaly occurs.  My understanding is that an adjustment and troubleshooting 
period is still underway --
