upgrade from sp3

Hello,

I'm thinking of buying a used copy of TradeStation service pack 3 with a
permanent password.  If I buy it, will I be able to upgrade to sp5?  I see
that sp4 and sp5 are downloadable from the Omega site, but i'm not sure if I
need any kind of special permission from Omega to activate them, or if I can
just install them normally.  Does anyone have any experience or knowledge
about this?
