That is a pretty complicated question to answer in a short message but thought I could try to describe some of the techniques I have found useful.
I started writing up something but quickly got up to a few pages and only covered part of what I thought might be interesting.
Unfortunately, I have to take off on personal business for a few days so perhaps I can get back to it later.
