We use Reuters and Bloomberg. Friends use Bridge. Once in a while in a fast
market not all data are given. Reuters dicided to screen all data. That
causes a delay of split seconds and results in not accepting big errors. It
also causes "gaps" in fast markets. When a one lot trades at 1434.50 and a
big order trades at 1435 you will not see 1434.50 on the chart. You will see
1435 as a low in the chart but 1434.50 appears in daily high low numbers.
That is how Reuters works.
Other providers might have similar policies. It probably has nothing to do
with your software.
