Close Pro Suite 2000 (not the Global Server) and restart Pro Suite 2000.

This is probably a simple answer but I cannot find it anywhere.

I have data coming into the global server (checked to make sure in the
edit).
Yet when I open a chart it says "unable to load data."

What simple thing am I missing.
