do you use quotespeed as your data vendor ?
If so the problem is based at the data transport dll from EAG / Quotespeed
and not based on Omega Product.
A quick workaround is to set global server to work only with one CPU then
start radar screen or ProSuite normal.
So only global server will use only one cpu but analyzing software use both.
There is a German language bulletin board for Quotespeed users available at

otherwise you got a error message)
I've test the next beta dll from quotespeed at multi procc systems and it
works fine.
I will post soon at this board (address above) how to get this new dll and
how to update system.

I have tried to run a RadarScreen window on a multi CPU machine. If I force
the affinity of ORRadar.exe to more than one CPU, it crashes. Why is it not
possible to use ORRadar.exe on multiple CPUs ? Is anybody aware of this?
