The problem is not that RadarScreen does not run by using its default
settings! The problem is that the program crashes if you force RadarScreen
to run on more than one CPU. By default ORRadar runs only on 1CPU. I assume
this is your situation. Using this original setting I also do not have any
problems.
I just have not enough CPU power to let run ORRadar on just one CPU.
Therefore I tried to force the program to share its tasks with a second CPU.
Only this causes the crash. All other Omega tasks are shareable in this way.

I'm using Windows 2K and 2K with dual pentium 2 processors without that
problem.
