What's most disconcerting about this "data disaster" is that there hasn't
been a PEEP from DBC at their "support" site. How's THAT for customer
support, eh? In fact, other than my own "experience", the start of this
thread is the first time I'd heard that MY problem (if in fact a shut down by
the cable company was the source of it) was more general in nature.
