About cusip in TS2K's Stock Symbols?

Hi folks,


Because English is not my mother tongue language, so I need your help.
There is one word that I don't understand in the GlobalServer:
It's "Cusip"

when you  right click on a stock symbol
In the  Stock tab, the last field is Cusip.

I had a look at my dictionary and also with 2 translators of the net, but I
did not find any translation for Cusip.
