Understood, but INTC, MSFT, CSCO, ORCL, and others have a VERY high
correlation with the NDX. What is the law concerning them trading that?
We used to joke about being Sadam's broker during the Gulf War: did he get
long some crude oil futures before those tanks started to roll?
