I think if you go to ftp.eskimo.com you will find the file you want
complements of Jim Osborne, the list manager. A recent post of his also
summarized the math of doing this.

Another option is to subscribe to Pinnacle or another eod provider who
creates the file for you.  For a few hundred a year its probably a better
investment of time/money.
