I have personally called Jurik Research to ask details regarding their
products. I had no difficulty reaching Mark; in fact, he took much time to
answer my questions and guided me further in my research.
Val, call Mark-and move on.

I know Jurik's "no free trial" has been debated on this list in the past
(without resolution, naturally), and I agree that a free trial would have
helped this fellow BUT GOOD GRIEF!
a) This purchaser was obviously woefully ill-equipped to make the purchase
he did. I feel that it is rather unfair to blame the vendor given the
amount of information available on Jurik's web site. I submit that the
appropriate lesson is "Do not pull that trigger until you have at least a
vague idea where the gun is pointed."
b) My experience with Mr. Jurik has been entirely positive (no connection
to him other than as a customer).
