radar screen-like products

all,

i asked a question about programming radarscreen alerts through an API and
only got one response, so i'd like to try another tack:

i would like to be able to program intraday alarms one a sheet.  i don't
need all the backtesting of easy language, but i do need to be able to set
alerts based upon simple price and/or volume relationships.  i am looking
for a product to do this.  it doesn't have to be radarscreen, although i
keep coming away with the impression that omega is the only game in town
(mark brown's traderware number is disconnected; left a message for
ravenquote yesterday and nobody has called me back).

so to restate:

1. i want to use my existing code base in ms office/visual studio
2. based on the results of this work, i want to preprogram alerts/signals in
a spreadsheet-type product that uses real-time data feed and generates
alerts when certain simple conditions are met
3. i want to automatically program the radar screen-type product with
software, using an object or other interface that is documented.

alternatively, does anyone know if there is a product that serves symbol
information to excel in real time so that i can can create the
radarscreen-type capability in excel?  does anyone have any experience doing
anything like this?  this might be my best solution if such a thing were
available.
