Tradestation 4 must use LPT1. I ran into this problem when I had two devices
that both required LTP1 and could not share. I had to push one off the end
of the pier.

I don't think you need to change any settings anywhere.  The security
library that Omega uses should search all the ports in your system to find
the one with the key it is looking for.
