Is this possible to do in TS2000i?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to plot Linda Rashke's LBR/RSI indicator with tradestation 2000i. 
How can I plot the 3period RSI of a 1period Rate of Change. Does this have to 
be written out in EasyLanguage. It's from Street Smarts book chapter 
"Momentum Pinball" 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
