Thanks to a kind O-lister, I should have a copy in the mail tomorrow.
He bought it some time ago and never used it, so he's going to send
it to me.
If that fails for some reason, I've gotten LOTS of recommendations
for PowerBasic. Sounds like there are many happy users out there. I
will definitely consider it if I get serious about writing DLL's and
don't want to use VC++ for some reason.
