I used bmi satellite for a year, then esignal real time for about 4 months,
but their cost was several times that of pcquote for the areas/exchanges I
wished to trade. Their internet feed is very good, connection to ts2000i is
stable. Their 500 sybbol limit at no additional charge, and a big fee to go
up to 1000 symbols, together with no symbol collection templates is a
bummer.
I'm now using PCquote with win2k, using the pcquote client found on their
web site under
ftp.pcquote.com/pub/omsp7/PCQClient.exe.
It works ok, unless you lose your internet connection, in which case you
have to go through the entire global server setup to restore the online
connection, a royal pain. Cost is substantially lower than tradesignal. The
tech support team at PCQuote says "yup, try connecting to less smbols
(currently about 900). The can handle symbol collection templates.
Personally, I'm evaluating FutureSource as well, but their lack of an
internet to ts2000i is hampering.
hope this helps.

Subject: PCQuote vs. E-Signal
Does anyone have experience using PCQuote and E-Signal with TS 2000i?
I'm currently using PCQuote and haven't had many problems until recently.
Since I only trade a handful of stocks, E-Signal would also be much cheaper.
Does anyone have any thoughts about which may be better for TS 2000i and is
it worth the switch?
Thanks,
Barry
