I recoded all my stuff under MSExcel using VBA.
On several systems I had different back-tested results.
My VB code? No , I rechecked all with my hands and a calculator:
Tradestation backtesting it's unreliable.
Why pay a lot of $ for a sw that doesn't run correctly (and it will never
run) when you can do all things (and many more!) in MSExcel.
The only limit of MSExcel is in charting financial data, but under it I am
able to test (without errors) and develop all my strategies on a complete
stocks portfolio.
Yes, you have to write more code than under Eazy Language but I want to put
my money only on a system good tested and with reliable results.
I hope Mark Brown's Traderware will continue improving.
