Ran across two bond systems (circa mid-90's) by Alex Saitta:
1) Price Vol system
2) Range Breakout
The ela's are named:
Rangebrk.ela
PVSystem.ela
Tried to find in TASC database, but no luck.
Anyone have the above ela's or know anything about the systems?
