I run a number of 2-30 min intraday charts with indicators based on hidden
data (up to 5 per chart) with no problems.  Currently in TS2000i and
previously in TS4.  I have heard of people having problems with too many
data streams on one chart and updating real time in TS4.

Did you try rebuilding the chart from scratch?  When I make these, I put all
the data in and hide as desired, then add indicators; perhaps that might
make a difference.
