Last week when we were doing the tick count comparisons I
noticed that my SP counts were great but E-mini counts were
subpar. I contacted FS support that day.
Today they called me up. They wrote up a new FSManager
self-installing patch with increased buffer size and whatever else
that supposedly completely solves the e-mini tick loss. I then asked if
all the ticks were indeed being broadcast. They said yes, you're
FSManager was not able to process all of them. No bandwidth
problems.
I have not installed the new FSManager as yet. Just got it but I
must say I'm impressed with their response.
