off topic -- Black Ice question

A question for the Black Ice users...

 I have 2 win 2000 computers networked with a DSL modem on the same network
and installed on one computer ("1") using winpoet.  Computer 1 has Win 2000
internet sharing enabled, and the other computer ("2") uses the network
connection as its primary internet connect for esignal.  Black Ice Defender
installed on computer 1.  My question is whether the Black Ice on 1 will
protect computer 2 given this set up or is it necessary to install a second
network card for the dsl modem in computer 1 to be assured of this.  Any
insight would be appreciated.
