I use Hybersnap DX Pro. It allows you to capture anything on the
screen of your PC and save it in any of a couple of dozen different
formats, including gif and jpg. It costs $25 and there is a free demo
aversion available.

It is very handy for Omega List posts since you can set the image
resolution to some low-resolution gif file so that gifs are small
enough to get through the 15KB size filter on an Omega List message...
(Use the gif format for chart images as they are smaller than the jpg
format for a chart with a small number of colors.)

It also has a command to "Invert Black and White" so that you can use
a black chart background and invert to white before sending or
printing it. This saves a lot of printer ink.
