Bill:

The book appears to be "out of chips" as I am unable to find it at the past
sites on
futuresmag.com forum page (appears almost moribund now and is not given a
lead in by the magazine anymore) and the author, Art Simpson of the CBOT,
has taken down his website at http://www.csinet.net/asimpson/preface.html

Futuresmag.com site is at:
http://www.traderscan.com/cgi-shl/dbml.exe?template=cfo/confer/threads.dbm&C
ID=18
Do a search for Phantom, and a number of posts appear, but the complete book
is not accessible, it appears.
Search results:
http://www.traderscan.com/cgi-shl/cfml.exe?template=/cfo/confer/results.dbm&;
&CID=18

Anyone know how to access the book by Phantom of the Pits, published on the
futuresmag.com website 2 yrs ago, approximately? Or Art Simpson's address?

Thanks,

Don
