No question that TS4 was far ahead of it's

It should be mentioned that there are actually other products out
there with a bigger learning curve.
Eg. LMT-EXPO
Their language is actually bigger and has mighty array, matrix
functions. 4D graphics, plots 100,000 ticks in a window. They do
support macros, the menues can be user-configured and it can run
virtually off any data-server - if you can program. The user interface
sucks at times because it is derived from a unix toolkit. The graphics
lack scroll-bars.
Certainly nothing for the bloke who needs to get rich overnight or
who needs nifty graphics to trade of his gut feeling. But very mighty
mathematically wise. They have a free student version which does
not support realtime data.
TS is unbeatable when it comes to simple use - this is certainly Cruz
major achievement - for 99% of the traders it is sufficient.
