For those of you with Dual Processors, someone there is a freeware utility
allows you override NT or Windows 2000 and run one or more applications
entirely on one processor or the other. The utility program, called "SMP
Seesaw", can be downloaded here:

I've run it for a day and it seems to do what he says it will. For
example those of you running TS 2000 on dual processors could put the your
Data feed Manager program on one processor and the TS 2000 Server on the
other processor. NT will then allocate the remaining processors between
the two processors. Doing this insures that, for example, the BMI Data
Manager wouldn't be affected by what the TS 2000 Server is doing, and vice
versa.

This utility is written by a 16-year old, Mike Lin, who in between school
and consulting work, has developed some simple-to-use and very useful
utility programs. In some cases one or more of his utilities has been very
highly-rated. He also has an e-mail list where he e-mails you when he has
new versions available. He seems open to suggestions.
